My rates start at $125 for Housecleaning - we will discuss what you’re looking for and I will be able to provide a quote based on the size and needs of your space. 

Usually my first initial cleaning is a higher rate and takes 3-4 hours. For ongoing cleanings I offer a lower rate and usually takes me 2-3 hours

Example Quotes: 

A Two Bedroom / Two Bath Apartment who wants the inside of the fridge and oven cleaned for my initial visit on top of cleaning of the whole house - including bathrooms, floors, internal windows. 

• My first visit would be $250 and for ongoing cleanings it would be $175

A One Bedroom / One Bath Apartment who wants a routine cleaning every two weeks. It’s been a while since the place was cleaned and they need all appliances cleaned inside and out on my first visit. The space is pretty small but they have a dog and a lot scrubbing required in the bathroom.

• My first visit would be $225 and for ongoing bi-weekly cleanings it would be $150

My flat rates start at $100 for Organizing - we will discuss what you’re looking for and I will be able to provide a quote based on the size and needs of your space. If the project will take one or two visits a flat rate will be offered - if the project will take several visits an hourly rate will be offered.

Example Quotes: 

You have lived in your home for many years and need to clean and organize your garage - it’s a big project. You want to trash some items, donate some items and organize the rest - also dust and sweep so it’s all clean at the end.

• This will probably take me 4-6 hours and I will complete in one or two visit's. There will be some collaboration between us on what you want to keep and what to part with. My quote for cleaning & organizing the garage is $400

You live alone in an apartment and you just moved in - there is lots of boxes and you need some help unpacking and organizing your new space. You need me to take the lead and handle it while you go about your day as usual.

• This will probably take me 3-5 hours and I will complete in one visit. My quote for unpacking & organizing your new apartment is $300.

Gardening - $125 & Up

Furniture Assembly - $150 & Up

Indoor Painting - $175 & Up

Move Out Cleaning - $200 & Up

When providing a quote I take into consideration several factors - including how many people live in the home, how many pets are in the home, and how far the location is from Hillcrest.

I offer a 5% discount if you let me film for social media and a 10% discount if you pay in cash. For example I quote you $275 but you want to take advantage of the discounts I offer above, that would be 15% off and come to a total of $233.

I prefer payment in cash - however, I also accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin & Checks
